目的:探究对2型老年糖尿病病患运用格列吡嗪控释片治疗的效果。方法:选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的患此疾病老年病患120例,依照随机方式将其分为两组,即常规组与研究组,每组均为60例。对常规组病患运用常规方式治疗,对研究组病患运用格列吡嗪控释片治疗。结果:研究组病患的治疗效果明显比常规组要好,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型老年糖尿病病患运用格列吡嗪控释片治疗能够帮助获取到较好的效果,有效控制病患血糖,为其身体的痊愈康复提供助力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of glipizide controlled-release tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly patients. Methods: A total of 120 senile patients with this disease were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to randomization, namely, the conventional group and the study group, with 60 cases in each group. The conventional group of patients with conventional treatment, the study group of patients with glipizide controlled-release tablets. Results: The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of glipizide controlled-release tablets in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can help to obtain good results, effectively control the blood sugar of the patients and provide assistance for the recovery of their body.
