我国政府与国际社会越来越重视以控制人口数量、提高人口素质和改善生活质量为主题的生殖健康,并大力提倡以人为本的知情选择和优质服务。为了贯彻中央“决定”和响应国际号召,国家计生委在总结全国试点地区计划生育优质服务经验的基础上,全面推进优质服务,拓宽优质服务涵盖的领域,以使育龄群众切实享有优质的计划生育及生殖保健服务,并确定了计划生育优质服务工程。为全面了解这项工程的开展情况,记者专程采访了此项工程首席科学家高尔生教授。
