本文提出一种满足环保要求的供水模式,以充分保护和开发中国的岩溶水资源.对于中国岩溶水资源开发、管理和利用方面问题的主要解决办法包括控制乡村人口、在供水的集水地区内改变污染型农业为林业,以及消除工业污染.当满足环保要求的水资源不足时,设置多种供水系统,以满足不同用途在水质方面的需要很有必要.在满足环保要求的供水方面,资金短缺是巨大障碍,迫切需要国际经济资助.
This paper proposes a water supply model that meets environmental protection requirements to fully protect and develop China’s karst water resources. The main solutions to the problems in the development, management, and utilization of karst water resources in China include controlling the rural population, changing pollution-type agriculture into forestry in the water catchment area, and eliminating industrial pollution. When water resources that meet environmental protection requirements are insufficient, it is necessary to set up a variety of water supply systems to meet the needs of different uses in terms of water quality. In the water supply that meets the environmental protection requirements, the shortage of funds is a huge obstacle and urgently needs international financial support.
