采用液态浸渗和渗后直接挤压的方法,成功地制备出Al2O3sf·SiCp/LY12非连续混杂增强金属基复合材料。其增强物分布均匀,基体组织致密,与基体LY12相比具有较高的弹性模量、屈服强度、抗拉强度,并且延伸率也保持较高的水平。同液态浸渗制备的复合材料相比,各项力学指标均有提高。
A series of Al2O3sf · SiCp / LY12 discontinuous hybrid reinforced metal matrix composites were successfully prepared by liquid infiltration and direct extrusion after extrusion. The reinforcement has a uniform distribution and a dense matrix, and has higher modulus of elasticity, yield strength and tensile strength as compared with the matrix LY12, and the elongation is also maintained at a relatively high level. Compared with the composite material prepared by liquid infiltration, all the mechanical indexes are improved.
