目的:研究泽漆Euphorbia helioscopia的多酚类成分。方法:用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶等柱色谱技术,结合制备液相和重结晶方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了10个化合物,即没食子酸(1),没食子酸甲酯(2),连苯三酚(3),(-)-莽草酸-4-O-没食子酸酯(4),(-)-莽草酸-5-O-没食子酸酯(5),1-O-没食子酰基-2,3-六羟基联苯二甲酰基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖(6),l,3,6-三-O-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(7),l,2,3,6-四-O-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(8),间二苯酚(9),没食子酸-4-O-(6’-O-没食子酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(10)。结论:化合物3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the polyphenols of Euphorbia helioscopia. METHODS: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, silica gel, and preparative liquid and recrystallization methods. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as gallic acid (1), methyl gallate (2), pyrogallol (3), (-) - shikimic acid-4-O- (5), 1-O-galloyl-2,3-hexahydroxybiphenyl-α-D-glucopyranose (6), and , 3,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose (7), 1,2,3,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose Diphenol (9), gallate-4-O- (6’-O- galloyl) -beta-D-glucopyranose (10). Conclusion: Compounds 3 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
