山东省沂水县位于沂蒙山区北部,沂山山脉南侧,总面积2434.8平方公里,人口120万,耕地面积169.4万亩,其中,山区丘陵薄地占61％,人均水资源占有量仅为全国平均水平的19％,近几年来,随着全县工业的快速发展和城镇用水的增加,水资源供需矛盾越来越大,水资源不足已成为沂水经济持续快速发展的制约因素。农业是第一用水大户,农业用水占总用水量的80％以上,发展节水灌溉势在必行。
Yishui County, Shandong Province is located in the northern Yimeng Mountain, the southern side of the Yishan Mountains, with a total area of 2434.8 square kilometers, population 1200000, 16944000 acres of arable land, of which 61% thin hills in mountainous areas, per capita water resources only national average 19%, in recent years, with the rapid development of industry in the county and the increase of urban water consumption, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is more and more large. The shortage of water resources has become the limiting factor for Yishui’s sustained and rapid economic development. Agriculture is the largest water user and agricultural water accounts for more than 80% of the total water consumption. It is imperative to develop water-saving irrigation.
