文章运用模糊理论研究退货库存控制问题，以缺货量、退货率等变量为模糊数，以平均库存总费用最小为目标函数，建立退货率和缺货的模糊经济订货批量模型，求最佳订货批量和平均库存总费用。最后分析单位需求量对最佳经济订货批量和平均库存总费用的影响。
