目的:探讨肿瘤抑制因子KISS-1蛋白和钙黏蛋白E-cadherin在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测30例肝细胞癌组织和20例正常肝脏组织中KISS-1蛋白和E-cadherin的表达。结果:在肝细胞癌组织和正常肝脏组织中,KISS-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为26.7%(8/30)和65.0%(13/20),差异有统计学意义,χ2=7.239,P=0.070;E-cadherin阳性表达率分别为33.3%(10/30)和100.0%(20/20),差异有统计学意义,χ2=21.402,P=0.000。低未分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移的肝细胞癌组织中KISS-1与E-cadherin的表达水平均低于高中分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移;且两者表达呈显著正相关,r=0.373,P<0.05。结论:KISS-1蛋白和E-cadherin的异常表达可能与肝细胞癌的发生及浸润转移有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor KISS-1 protein and cadherin E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of KISS-1 protein and E-cadherin in 30 HCC tissues and 20 normal liver tissues. Results: The positive expression rate of KISS-1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues were 26.7% (8/30) and 65.0% (13/20) respectively, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.239, P = 0.070; The positive rate of E-cadherin expression was 33.3% (10/30) and 100.0% (20/20) respectively, the difference was statistically significant, χ2 = 21.402, P = 0.000. The expression levels of KISS-1 and E-cadherin in low undifferentiated, stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, and lymph node metastatic HCC tissues were significantly lower than those in high-grade, stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and no lymph node metastasis; Correlation, r = 0.373, P <0.05. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of KISS-1 protein and E-cadherin may be closely related to the occurrence and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma.
