In this article, we used the adoptive transfer system and McAb indirect immunofluorescence assay to observe the effect of TGP on mouse suppressor T cells (Ts cells). First, the effect of excessive amount of dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) induced Ts cells normal donor ICR mouse abdominal smear with 1% DNFB300μ1 over-quantitative immunization (SOI), induced specific Ts cells. On the fifth day, the donor mouse spleen cells were transfused 4 to 10-7 to the same line.
