采用60Coγ射线辐照棉花早熟、中熟品种(系)和陆海杂种F2的干种子,研究了形成的M2代主要经济性状的平均表现和变异。结果表明,M2代主要经济性状表现出明显变异,15kr处理使单株产量、单铃重、纤维细度和断裂长度的有益变异频率收高,25kr处理有益于长纤维变异的出现。不同基因型类型对辐射的反应不同,中熟类型较早熟和陆海杂种类型对辐射反应敏感。
The average performance and variation of the main economic traits of M2 formation were studied by irradiating 60Coγ ray on dry seeds of cotton precocious, medium maturing varieties (lines) and land-sea hybrid F2. The results showed that the main economic traits of M2 showed obvious variation. The 15kr treatment increased the yield of single yield, single boll weight, fineness and breaking length, and the 25kr treatment was beneficial to the appearance of long fiber variation. Different types of genotypes respond differently to radiation, while medium maturity types and land-sea hybrid types are sensitive to radiation.
