财务预算管理在当今经济条件下是一种先进的管理机制,企业要通过资源优化来进行资源合理配置,并为企业目标完成情况提供衡量标准,就必须通过财务预算管理为企业决策者提供有效信息。本文通过阐述企业财务管理的重要性,提出几点加强企业财务预算的思考。
