目的:调查了解某高炮部队门诊疾病构成,为疾病防治提供依据。方法:汇总分析2012年1—12月某高炮部队门诊就诊官兵的疾病发生情况。结果:(1)2012年,年均就诊1.8次,患者构成为:士兵56.4%,士官34.1%,军官9.6%;(2)疾病构成依次为:呼吸系统(49.9%),肌肉骨骼与关节(16.3%),消化系统(11.6%),皮肤(7.5%),外科感染(5.8%),口腔(4.9%),其他(4.0%);(3)排在前10位的疾病依次为:上呼吸道感染(47.3%),胃肠炎(11.6%),腰扭伤及腰肌劳损(3.2%),踝关节扭伤(3.0%),小腿肌肉拉伤及胫骨骨膜炎(2.9%),牙周炎(2.9%),足癣(2.6%),皮炎(2.2%),痔疮(1.8%),变态反应性皮肤病(1.6%);(4)除上呼吸道感染和胃肠炎外,士兵以下肢及腰慢性伤病较多,士官、军官则以牙周炎、痔疮、下呼吸道感染和足癣等较多。结论:该部最常见的系统疾病依次为:呼吸系统疾病、肌肉骨骼与关节伤病、消化系统疾病等;最常见的疾病依次为:上呼吸道感染、胃肠炎、腰扭伤及腰肌劳损、踝关节扭伤等;不同岗位官兵的疾病构成比有所不同,需采取相应防治措施。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the composition of outpatient disease in an anti-aircraft artillery unit and provide basis for disease prevention and control. Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted to analyze the incidence of disease among officers and soldiers of an anti-aircraft artillery unit from January to December in 2012. Results: (1) In 2012, the average annual visit was 1.8 times. The patients comprised 56.4% of soldiers, 34.1% of officers and 9.6% of officers. (2) The diseases consisted of respiratory system (49.9%), musculoskeletal and joint 16.3%), digestive system (11.6%), skin (7.5%), surgical infection (5.8%), oral cavity (4.9%) and others Respiratory infections (47.3%), gastroenteritis (11.6%), lumbar sprain and lumbar muscle strain (3.2%), ankle sprain (3.0%), calf muscle strain and tibial periostitis (2.9%), periodontitis (2.9%), athlete’s foot (2.6%), dermatitis (2.2%), hemorrhoids (1.8%) and allergic skin disease (1.6%); (4) soldiers with lower respiratory tract infection and gastroenteritis Chronic chronic kidney injury and more, non-commissioned officers, military officials to periodontitis, hemorrhoids, lower respiratory tract infections and athlete’s foot and so on more. Conclusion: The most common diseases of the department are respiratory diseases, musculoskeletal and joint injuries, digestive diseases and so on. The most common diseases are upper respiratory tract infection, gastroenteritis, lumbar sprain and lumbar muscle strain, Ankle sprain, etc .; different positions of officers and men’s disease composition ratio is different, need to take appropriate prevention and treatment measures.
