由于传统的堆肥方法存在体积大、发酵时间长、无害化程度和肥力低等缺点,使其在有机肥商品化生产上的利用受到明显限制。本文通过研究自主筛选的腐熟促进剂配合不同微生物堆肥腐熟剂对鲜牛粪堆肥的效应,探索有益微生物菌剂和腐熟促进剂在发酵过程中的作用,目的是加速堆肥进程使其资源化、无害化。结果表明,添加腐熟促进剂可以加速堆肥的发酵过程,提高堆肥产品的N含量。综合多个影响因子考虑,在鲜牛粪中添加该种堆肥腐熟促进剂,再接种微生物腐熟剂,有机物料升温快,腐熟好,既达到了高温堆肥的目的,又缩短了堆肥腐熟的时间,加快了鲜牛粪的无害化处理进程。本次试验还表明添加腐熟促进剂可显著降低重金属Cu、Zn的活性。
