为改良花1A所配杂种的感光特性,选用配合力好、异交率高、所配杂种不感光的优良细胞质雄性不育不育系龙特浦A的保持系龙特浦B为亲本,与花1B(优质、不育系所配杂种多感光)杂交,对其杂种F1代幼穗进行花药培养,在其H2代中选单株与T78A测交,此后,运用系谱选择法和连续回交法育成新的三系不育系花2A。该不育系不育性稳定、异交率高、米质优、所配杂种不感光,于2008年7月通过福建省科学技术厅组织的成果鉴定。用其配制的杂交组合花2优86等产量高、米质优、生育期适宜,显示出较好的应用前景。
In order to improve the sensitivities of F1 hybrids, we selected Longtepu B, a good cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line with good combining ability and high outgrowth rate, Hua 1B (high quality, multiple hybrids with sterile lines) were selected and their hybrid F1 young spikes were cultured in anther culture. The sterility of male sterile lines is stable, with high rate of out-crossing, high quality of rice and no hybrid of the hybrids. The hybrid combination flower 2 You 86 with high yield, high quality rice, suitable growth period, showing a good application prospects.
