脑膜瘤是发病率仅次于胶质瘤的颅内肿瘤,也是惟一女性发病率高于男性的中枢神经系统肿瘤。妊娠合并脑膜瘤在临床上非常少见,但脑膜瘤症状在妊娠期迅速恶化,严重威胁母胎生命安全。我院自1990—2012年共收治妊娠合并脑膜瘤患者5例,现对其进行回顾性分析并综合国外文献探讨妊娠合并脑膜瘤的临床处理。1临床资料5例患者年龄21~38岁,入院时发病时间17 d~2年,入院 Meningioma is the incidence of glioma after intracranial tumors, but also the only female higher incidence of central nervous system tumors in men.
