本文概要的介绍了日本中央研究所、伊丹制作所等单位近年来研制的光纤传感器——两种光纤加速度计(振动式光纤加速度计和光弹性光纤加速度计)和两种光纤陀螺(相位调制式光纤陀螺和全光纤陀螺)的结构、工作原理及性能指标。分析了两种加速度计和两种陀螺所存在的技术上的难点以及为进一步提高光纤加速度计和光纤陀螺的性能所应采取的技术措施。同时论述了要提高光纤陀螺和光纤加速度计的灵敏度、精度等使其能适应各种恶劣环境及进一步降低成本、缩小体积、提高可靠性等,必须同时研制、开发各种高性能的光学器件,使其适应整个系统的要求。
This paper presents an overview of fiber optic sensors developed in recent years by Japan’s Central Research Institute and Itami Works. Two types of optical fiber accelerometers (vibrating optical fiber accelerometers and photoelastic optical fiber accelerometers) and two types of fiber optic gyros (phase-modulated optical fibers Gyro and all-fiber gyro) structure, working principle and performance indicators. The technical difficulties of the two accelerometers and the two kinds of gyroscopes are analyzed and the technical measures to be taken to further improve the performance of the optical fiber accelerometers and fiber optic gyroscopes are analyzed. At the same time, it is necessary to develop and develop various kinds of high-performance optics at the same time in order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of fiber optic gyroscopes and optical fiber accelerometers so that they can adapt to various harsh environments and further reduce costs, reduce size and improve reliability.
