The old media used to be new. And every new medium will become old at some point in its existence. The scholars engaged in the research on the theory of the history of new media think that the media’s improvement stems from people’s dissatisfaction with the status quo of culture, society, politics, law, economy and technology. Due to technological and economic reasons, the media evolves under the influence of many factors. After ending the process of institutionalization, the new media finally formed. In short, new media are generated from social needs, filtered through social cognition, integrated into the framework of social functioning, conditioned by the social system and ultimately serving the public.
