正确的机械通气是治疗有机磷中毒呼吸衰竭.1993年10月～1994年12月,我们抢救了10例患者,现报告如下.1 临床资料1.1 本组10例中男4例,女6例,年龄18～45岁,均为口服中毒.其中敌敌畏中毒5例,1605中毒3例,乐果中毒2例.服毒至入院就诊时间0.5～1h者4例,1～2h者5例,> 3h者1例.外周性呼吸衰竭8例,中枢性呼吸衰竭2例.1.2 洗胃方法经口插管9例,切开洗胃1例.通气方法:气管插管9例,气管切开1例,气管插管(切开)时 间:洗胃后3例,洗胃中3例,洗胃前5例.
