为了探索木材抓具抓取力及抓爪应力,我们借助电测技术,采用横椭圆爪形抓爪,抓取速度v=0.16m/s,在抓实楞(工况Ⅰ)和抓格楞(工况Ⅱ)的两种工况下,测试了木材抓具的抓取力和抓爪上应力,并将两种工况下相应的数据进行了比较分析,给出了木材抓具抓取力和抓爪上应力的测试结果和变化规律,同时也给出了两种工况下木材抓具的偏载系数。其抓具的开闭方式采用斜立式油缸。为了测试抓取力及抓爪应力,两侧油缸与抓爪连接处各设置了拉压力传感器。在抓爪外缘从抓爪铰轴至抓爪尖依次五个点粘贴应变片。每种工况下分别进行五组径级原木(4、8、12、16和20cm,材长
