连梁在剪力墙结构中往往被设计成第一道抗震防线。实际工程中连梁的跨高比往往较小,在地震作用下容易发生脆性的剪切破坏,震后修复困难。为了改善连梁的抗震性能,国内外学者提出了不同的方法。对其中最主要的四种改善小跨高比连梁抗震性能的方法采用新型配筋方式的连梁、采用新型截面形式的连梁、钢-混凝土组合连梁和可更换连梁进行了介绍,指出了不同类型连梁的适用性和局限性。最后,对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Even the beam in the shear wall structure is often designed as the first seismic line. In practical engineering, the span ratio of the continuous girder is often small, which is prone to brittle shear failure under the earthquake and difficult to repair after the earthquake. In order to improve the seismic performance of the beam, domestic and foreign scholars have proposed different methods. One of the most important four kinds of methods to improve the seismic performance of small cross-section beams with small span ratio is to adopt the new type of reinforced concrete beams, the new type of cross-section beams, steel-concrete composite beams and interchangeable beams, Pointed out the applicability and limitations of different types of beams. Finally, the future research direction is prospected.
