天津市坐落于渤海之滨,地处环渤海经济区的中心地域,向北承接我国的首都北京,向南与山东半岛相连,是我国四大直辖市之一,重要的港口城市。天津市独立的地理位置和改革开放以来我国重要港口经济区的优势地位为其工业经济的整体布局打下了基础。本文分析了天津市十一五期间的工业经济整体布局情况,结合天津市工业经济的特点,为其如何提高整个工业经济水平提出政策建议。
Located on the coast of the Bohai Sea, Tianjin is located in the center of the Bohai Economic Zone. It undertakes the north China’s capital Beijing in the north and the south with the Shandong Peninsula. It is one of the four major municipalities in China and an important port city. The independent geographical location of Tianjin and the dominant position of China’s important port economic zone since the reform and opening up laid the foundation for the overall layout of its industrial economy. This article analyzes the overall layout of industrial economy in Tianjin during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. In combination with the characteristics of Tianjin’s industrial economy, this paper provides policy suggestions on how to raise the overall industrial economy level.
