目前的康复工程结合了新的辅助方法,即新近开发的用个人电脑为那些运动神经损伤者提供全新的信息交换及控制通道。而商用仪器仍然采用一些自主神经控制方法,因此这些系统不适用于那些完全瘫痪的病人,而近期研究证明,脑电活动可以为那些运动神经损伤者恢复正常的运动功能输出提供基础。基于EEG信息交换技术有可能为那些几乎没有或完全丧失运动功能的人提供帮助。本文综述了基于EEG信息交换技术的应用前景与存在的问题,概述了目前这项新技术的进展情况,及其必须解决的主要问题。
The current rehabilitation program incorporates a new ancillary approach, the newly developed personal computer for those with motor nerve injury who provide a new information exchange and control channels. While commercial instruments still use some autonomic control methods, these systems are not suitable for patients who are completely paralyzed, and recent studies have demonstrated that electroencephalography can provide a basis for normal motor function output after motor nerve injury. Based on the EEG information exchange technology it is possible to assist those who have little or no loss of motor function. This article summarizes the application prospects and existing problems based on the EEG information exchange technology, summarizes the current progress of the new technology and the main problems that must be solved.
