为引导学校进一步落实执行国家课程方案,切实减轻学生过重的学业负担,结合国家和省教育综合改革要求,在深入调研、多方征求意见的基础上,云南省教育厅基础教育处对《云南省教育厅关于初中教育评价制度改革的意见》(云教基〔2009〕34号)中的学业水平考试内容进行了进一步调整、完善和优化,形成了《云南省初中学生学业水平考试方案(试行)》(公开征求意见稿)并于10月23日正式发布,公开征求意见,同时就《意见稿》中社会公众所关心的20个问题做出详细解答,本刊特予刊载。
