生产运行管理系统是油田企业全年生产经营目标完成的源头,通过履行“组织、指挥、协调、监控、服务”生产管理职能,优化生产组织,强化运行衔接,创造性的开展工作,主要采取通过组织召开生产运行会议强化部署与协调,对重点工作动态超前组织,细化生产运行调度管理进行过程跟踪与监控,建立生产运行考核机制等生产运行组织及考核方式,确保生产平稳运行。
