“和谐人”是构建和谐教育的必要条件,因为教育能否和谐地发展在相当程度上依赖于作为教育主体的人是否和谐发展。而在当前的高中教学情境下,“和谐人”教育的缺失,使优质教育的形成失去了源泉、动力和目标,也使教学质量的提升失却了人格保障。“和谐人”是“和而不同”和“和合而生”的人。为此,本文立足于高中教学情境中的学习环境、课堂生态、学生主体性等维度分析和探讨如何保证建构“和谐人”的实现。
