随着经济全球化的发展,我国资本项目开放和金融市场开放将是一个重要的趋势。但是,我国债券市场存在的多头管理和相对分割的格局,令市场发展受到了重要的体制机制约束,债券市场开放将面临重大风险。构建符合内外监管标准的债券监管体系,成为我国债券市场开放的基础任务。
With the development of economic globalization, the opening of China’s capital account and the opening up of the financial market will be an important trend. However, the long management and the relatively segmented pattern of China’s bond market make the development of the market constrained by important institutional mechanisms. The opening of the bond market will face major risks. Establishing a bond regulatory system conforming to the regulatory standards both inside and outside the country has become the basic task for opening up China’s bond market.
