目的研究湖北钉螺川滇亚种在不同海拔高度种群的繁殖规律。方法在云南省大理市选择不同海拔点做为钉螺现场养殖区,投放相同密度的钉螺数,记录每日温度,观察钉螺的生存繁殖情况,进而研究温度与钉螺繁殖规律之间的相关性。结果在海拔高于2500m的地区温度低于14℃,有效发育积温小于3000日度,钉螺难以存活和繁殖,存活率低于50%,繁殖率接近于0%。结论随着海拔的逐渐增高,温度逐渐降低,钉螺的存活率、繁殖率及有效发育积温随着海拔的增加而降低。
Aim To study the breeding rules of Asian snails and chinensis at different altitudes. Methods Dali of Yunnan Province was selected as the spot culture site for oncomelania snail. The same density of snails was used to record the daily temperature. The survival and reproduction of Oncomelania snails were observed, and the correlation between temperature and snail reproduction was also studied. Results In areas above 2500 m above sea level, the temperature was lower than 14 ° C and the effective accumulated accumulated temperature was less than 3000 days. Snails were difficult to survive and reproduce, with the survival rate below 50% and the reproductive rate close to 0%. Conclusion As the altitude increases, the temperature gradually decreases. The survival rate, reproduction rate and effective developmental temperature of snails decrease with the increase of altitude.
