在大型设备的制造和修理中,往往会碰到大件精密孔系的加工。在没有大型镗床或工件外形和重量超过现有镗床的加工范围时,这个问题就成了一个不易解决的难题。针对这个情况,我们总结了一些实践经验,整理出一套简单易行的方法。用这个方法加工大件孔系时,可不用带座标的机床。现以图1为例,介绍该加工方法。1.选择基准面选择一个已加工好的面为工艺基准面。我们根据图1选A面为工艺基准面;选d_i为工艺基准孔(此孔目前尚未加工),其它各孔的位置均以A面和d_1 孔为测量基准。
