中国安全生产科学研究院(以下简称“安科院”)的职能部门中有5个核心科研部门,分别是安全生产理论与法规标准研究所、公共安全研究所、职业危害研究所、矿山安全技术研究所、危险化学品安全技术研究所。这几个研究所承担着与安全监管工作密切相关的技术服务工作,通过自身的科技创新力与核心竞争力,为国家安监总局宏观决策提供了技术支持。此外,在进行科学研究的基础上,研究所还与地方政府及企业保持联系,转化科技成果,促进了安全科技的产业化发展。
There are 5 core scientific research departments in the functional departments of China Academy of Safety Science Research (hereinafter referred to as “ASTRI”), which are respectively the Institute of Safety Theory and Law, Institute of Public Safety, Occupational Hazard Research Institute, Mine Institute of Safety Technology, Institute of Hazardous Chemicals Safety Technology. These institutes bear the technical service closely related to safety supervision and provide technical support for the macro-decision-making of SAWS through their own scientific and technological innovation and core competitiveness. In addition, on the basis of conducting scientific research, the Institute also liaises with local governments and enterprises, transforms scientific and technological achievements, and promotes the industrialization of security science and technology.
