株洲地处湘东丘陵地带,许多自然村座落在边远山区,人口密度小,沟壑纵横,经济基础薄弱.到1994年,全市5县(市)还有58个村,5.5万农户,近20万人没有用上电.这种状况严重制约了农村经济的发展.市委、市政府决定从1995年起,用3年时间,打一场消灭无电村的攻坚战.由于全市上下团结协作,经过近两年的艰苦奋斗,解决了58个无电村的供电问题,提前17个月完成了“三年消灭无电村”的光荣任务.我们的主要做法是抓好五到位.
Zhuzhou is located in the hilly area of eastern Hunan. Many natural villages are located in remote mountainous areas with low population density, ravines, and weak economic foundation. By 1994, there were 58 villages in 5 counties (cities) in the city, 55,000 farmers, nearly 200,000. People do not use electricity. This situation has seriously hampered the development of the rural economy. The municipal party committee and the municipal government decided to use a three-year period from 1995 to fight a tough battle to eliminate the village without electricity. After two years of hard work, the power supply problem of 58 villages without electricity was solved. The glorious task of “eliminating the village without electricity for three years” was fulfilled 17 months in advance. Our main approach is to do a good job in five places.
