胶质瘤是一种恶性程度极高、侵袭性极强的肿瘤 ,临床治疗极为困难。目前肿瘤的基因治疗仍存在较多的理论和技术问题 ,主要原因在于未能从分子水平阐明胶质瘤的发生、发展及转移过程中基因的表达调控机制 ,因而 ,筛选恶性胶质瘤差异表达基因及寻找肿瘤相关基因显得尤为必要。基因芯片是最新发展起来的可应用于高效、快速的大规模筛选肿瘤相关基因的技术 ,将对肿瘤的分子病理分型和临床治疗、预后判断起到推动和促进作用。本文对基因芯片在脑恶性胶质瘤基因研究和诊治方面的应用进展作一综述。

This article reviews the progress in the application of gene chips in the study and diagnosis of brain malignant gliomas.
