1992年元月,我局承担了广西天生桥水电站1号引水隧洞不良地质段高压灌浆及锚杆加固工程。隧洞长9.7公里,洞径为8.7~9.8米。沿线的水文地质和工程地质条件十分复杂。高压固结灌浆孔(兼锚杆孔)布置形式为,沿隧洞轴线走向每1.5~2米布置一环,每环15孔,孔向垂直洞壁,从隧洞中心向外幅射,相邻孔中心夹角24°。需进行高压固结灌浆和锚杆加固处理的不良地质段有11处,总长度1617米。高压固结灌浆工程量96854米。锚杆12956根。我局承担高压固结灌浆9万米,锚杆1.1万根。为实现1992年年底前通水发电的目标,要求不良地段高压固结及锚杆加固工程必须在1992年10月以前完成。施工工期之
In January 1992, our bureau undertook the high-pressure grouting and anchor bar reinforcement works in the unfavorable geologic section of No. 1 diversion tunnel of Guangxi Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station. The tunnel is 9.7 kilometers long with a diameter of 8.7 to 9.8 meters. The hydrogeological and engineering geology conditions along the line are complex. The high-pressure consolidation grouting holes (and bolt holes) are arranged in the form of a ring every 1.5 to 2 meters along the tunnel axis, with 15 holes per ring, with the holes facing the vertical hole wall, radiating outward from the center of the tunnel, adjacent holes The center angle is 24°. There are 11 unfavorable geologic sections requiring high-pressure consolidation grouting and anchor bar reinforcement, with a total length of 1,617 meters.
