目的 观察外源性前列腺素 E1 (PGE1 )对慢性肾衰(CRF)患者血浆内皮素 (ET)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)水平的影响 .方法 利用放射免疫分析法测定 90例 CRF患者经 PGE1 治疗后的血浆 ET及 CGRP水平的变化并分析其相互关系 .结果 CRF患者血浆 ET的水平较对照组明显升高(P<0 .0 1) ,血浆 CGRP的水平较对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) .ET与肾功能参数 (BU N,Cr)呈明显的正相关 (r=0 .5 8,P<0 .0 1;r=0 .6 2 ,P<0 .0 1) ,与尿量呈明显的负相关 (r= - 0 .6 0 ,P<0 .0 1) .PGE1 治疗后 ,ET和 CGRP水平均有所好转 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时肾功能参数 (BUN,Cr)和尿量亦有改善(P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 CRF多伴有血浆 ET及 CGRP水平的变化 ,应用 PGE1 治疗有益于延缓肾功能的进一步恶化
Objective To investigate the effects of exogenous prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) levels in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) .Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect 90 patients with CRF The changes of plasma ET and CGRP levels after PGE1 treatment were analyzed and their correlations were analyzed.Results The levels of plasma ET in CRF patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), while the levels of plasma CGRP were significantly lower than those in control group P <0. 01). ET and renal function parameters (BU N, Cr) showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.58, P <0.01; r = 0.62, P < There was a significant negative correlation with urine volume (r = - 0.60, P <0.01) .PGE1 treatment improved ET and CGRP levels (P <0.05) At the same time, the parameters of renal function (BUN, Cr) and urine volume also improved (P <0.05) .Conclusion CRF is associated with the changes of plasma ET and CGRP level, and the use of PGE1 treatment can delay the further deterioration of renal function
