4例颅内良性肿瘤,行立体定向放射外科(r-刀或X-刀)治疗后影像及病理证实肿瘤再生长。分析其原因为照射剂量不足、剂量分布不均匀以及肿瘤呈囊性。结果说明颅内良性肿瘤行立体定向放射外科治疗时增强肿瘤边缘及毗邻脑重要结构部分的控制,确保达到有效治疗剂量是提高控制率,防止肿瘤再生长的关键。
Four cases of intracranial benign tumors were imaged and pathologically confirmed by stereotactic radiosurgery (r-knife or X-knife) treatment to confirm tumor regrowth. The reasons for the analysis were insufficient radiation dose, uneven dose distribution, and cystic tumors. The results indicate that the control of intracranial benign tumors during stereotactic radiosurgery treatment enhances the control of tumor margins and the adjacent important brain structures, ensuring that achieving an effective therapeutic dose is the key to improving the control rate and preventing tumor re-growth.
