Objective To simulate the daily use environment of disposable paper-plastic composite food utensils and determine the migration of residual chemical substances. Methods Arsenic, mercury and zinc were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Lead, copper and cadmium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by decoloration, fluorescence, sensory evaluation, volatile phenol and carbonyl value by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry was determined by chemical method. Results Under three different simulated conditions, the amount of contaminants in food utensils transferred to water or acetic acid was relatively small; the decolorization and sensory evaluation of utensils were negative, no volatile phenols were detected, and the fluorescence of two utensils The results were positive; a small portion of food detected a small amount of phenanthrene, dibenzo (a, h) anthracene and benznaphthalene (ghi) benzene, the rest were not detected. Conclusion Under the simulation conditions of this article, the sample utensils are still safer.
