钢网构架混凝土复合结构是一种新型组合结构住宅体系,它由工厂预制的钢骨架和现场浇筑其中的混凝土构成墙体和楼板,从而形成整体结构。钢骨架由纵向的开孔冷弯薄壁型钢、横向的钢拉条以及充当永久模板的钢模网构成,在现场拼装后浇入混凝土。为研究钢网构架复合结构多层房屋的抗震性能,建造一栋三层足尺结构模型,对其进行水平反复拟静力试验,模拟六层住宅结构在地震作用下的反应,研究此类结构的受力性能和破坏特征。试验表明:此结构具有较高的承载能力和延性,能够满足抗震设防烈度8度的要求;模型中的连接构造措施能够保证结构的整体性,其中层间连接构造对结构整体性能有较大影响,可通过改善构造措施进一步提高整体结构的承载力;复合结构构件中钢骨架与混凝土结合良好,能够共同工作。
Stencil-framed concrete composite structure is a new combined-structure residential system that consists of a steel frame prefabricated by the factory and concrete poured from the factory to form walls and slabs to form a unitary structure.
