一、前言测定金属材料的扭转性能,目前国内一般都按照冶金部试行标准YB36—64“金属扭转试验法”进行。在测定剪切模量G,扭转比例极限τP和扭转屈服极限τ0.3时,我们原来主要是在试样上按装光学引伸计,测量试样的剪应变γ,从而求出G、τp、T0.3等数值,但光学引伸计灵敏度低,操作复杂,特别是近屈服前,变形量大,测定更加困难。我们采用了电测法,即在试样上沿轴线方向45°角度贴上一片应变片,用应变仪来测量试样剪应变,取得了较好的结果。
