用在石油平台上超声波风速仪观测的风脉动资料,计算了10分钟平均风速与这10分钟期间2分、1分、3秒和1秒钟平均最大风速及1小时平均风速与这1小时期间10分钟平均最大风速的关系。结果表明,不同时距平均风速之间的换算关系除去与时距成反比外,还与样本风速有关。本文给出了它们之间的关系,为确定不同时距平均风速换算系数提供合理依据。
Using the wind pulsation data observed by the ultrasonic anemometer on an oil platform, the average wind speed for 10 minutes was compared with the average wind speed at 2, 1, 3 and 1 second during this 10-minute period and the average wind speed for 1 hour and the 1-hour period 10 minutes average maximum wind speed relationship. The results show that the relationship between the conversion of average wind speeds at different time intervals is inversely proportional to the time interval but also to the wind speed of the samples. This paper gives the relationship between them and provides a reasonable basis for determining the average wind speed conversion coefficient at different time intervals.
