“双师型”教师概念是中国职业教育土壤中生长出来的,尚未长大、成熟、完善。从新工业革命的研究视角来看,“双师型”教师概念亟待创新,不仅需要进一步明确已有的内涵,而且需要赋之以新的内涵。无论是文化基础课教师或辅导员,还是专业课或实训课教师或实习指导教师,也无论是专职教师,还是兼职教师,都应具备职业生涯教育的素质与能力并参与学生职业生涯教育过程的始终,这是未来职业教育教师专业化发展的必然要求。
“Double teacher ” teacher concept is the growth of China’s occupation education soil, not yet grow up, mature and perfect. From the perspective of the research of the new industrial revolution, the concept of “double teacher” urgently needs to be innovated. It not only needs to clarify the existing connotation, but also needs new connotation. Whether it is a teacher or counselor of a basic course of culture, a specialized course or a practical training teacher or an internship instructor, both full-time teachers and part-time teachers should have the qualities and abilities of career education and participate in the career process of students’ careers This is a necessary requirement for the professional development of vocational education teachers in the future.
