目的:探讨纤维桩修复前牙根管的临床效果。方法:选择薄弱的前牙牙根90例(均已完成根管治疗),分为2组,每组45例,常规根管制备,第一组采用纤维桩进行根管重塑,常规预备制作钴铬合金烤瓷冠。第二组采用GG钻行根管重塑,常规进行钴铬合金属桩修复,然后钴铬烤瓷冠修复。临床比较第一组与第二组间根管重塑的时间,修复18个月复查统计其根折发生情况。结果:采用纤维桩进行根管重塑组,临床操作时间少于GG钻进行根管重塑组,且两者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纤维桩和GG钻进行根管重塑后根折数量均少于不进行根管重塑组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纤维桩重塑组与、GG钻重塑组两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用纤维桩对薄弱前牙牙根进行重塑,提高了根管壁的强度,减少了根折率,且临床操作简便,节省了椅旁操作时间。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of fiber posts in anterior root canal repair. Methods: Totally 90 cases of weakened anterior tooth root were selected and divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The conventional root canal preparation was performed. The first group was remodeled with fiber post and the other was routinely prepared for cobalt Chromium alloy porcelain crown. In the second group, root canal remodeling with GG drilling was performed, and cobalt-chromium alloy post was routinely repaired, and then cobalt-chromium porcelain crowns were repaired. Clinical comparison between the first group and the second group of root canal remodeling time, repair 18 months to review the statistics of the occurrence of root fracture. Results: The root canal remodeling group with fiber post was shorter than that with GG root canal remodeling group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The number of root fractures after root canal remodeling with fiber posts and GGs was less than that without root remodeling, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between fiber remodeling group and GG remodeling group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The use of fiber post to remodel the weakened anterior teeth root can improve the strength of root canal wall and reduce the rate of root fracture. Moreover, the clinical operation is simple and the chair side operation time is saved.
