本文基于学术界已有的相关研究,利用浙江省1986—2008年的相关时间序列数据,运用计量方法实证分析了经济开放对浙江环境的影响。研究结果显示:外资的流入能够在一定程度上改善环境,而出口在一定程度上恶化了环境,同时出口额和出口依存度是环境污染的格兰杰原因;外资和出口的共同作用会带来环境的改善。最后根据实证检验结果提出了若干对策建议。
Based on the relevant research in academia, this paper makes use of the relevant time series data of Zhejiang Province from 1986 to 2008 and analyzes the impact of economic openness on the environment of Zhejiang using the measurement method. The results show that the inflow of foreign capital can improve the environment to a certain extent, while the export has worsened the environment to some extent. Meanwhile, the export and export dependence are the Granger causes of environmental pollution; the combined effect of foreign investment and export will bring Environmental improvement. Finally, according to the empirical test results, a number of countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
