2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)是高灵敏显色剂。关于5-Br-PADAP及其衍生物与钪的显色反应已有报道。本文对于大量乙醇存在下的sc(m)-5-Br-PADAP显色反应进行了研究。用竞争配体NaHCO_3;掩蔽轻稀土,测定了合成稀土样品中的微量钪,结果尚好,另外,对于乙醇对显色体系的增敏作用的机理做了初步的探讨。1 实验方法吸取适量的含钪溶液于25ml容量瓶中,加入乙醇使其总量为10ml,加入1.0ml六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液和1.4ml1.0×10~(-2)M的5-Br-PADAP溶液,稀释至刻度,30min后测定吸光值,λ=
2- (5-Bromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) is a highly sensitive developer. The color reaction of 5-Br-PADAP and its derivatives with scandium has been reported. In this paper, the color reaction of sc (m) -5-Br-PADAP in the presence of a large amount of ethanol was studied. The competitive ligand NaHCO_3 was used to mask the light rare earth. The trace scandium in the synthesized rare earth was determined. The results were still good.
