本文总结了作者近年来利用水稻耐储藏基因解决稻谷耐储藏问题的主要进展。在解决脂肪氧化酶、脂肪酶检测和评价等相关技术的基础上 ,研究发现稻谷脂肪氧化酶、脂肪酶在储藏过程中对稻谷陈化变质的影响极大。脂肪氧化酶的三种同功酶对稻谷的储藏特性影响不同。脂肪氧化酶Lox - 3的缺失能有效地延缓稻谷的陈化变质 ,并能够减轻仓储害虫的危害 ;Lox - 1、2可能是延缓稻谷陈化变质和延长种子寿命的关键基因。利用遗传育种的方法 ,已经选育出脂肪氧化酶、脂肪酶缺失的耐储藏水稻品种。
This article summarizes the major advances made by the authors in recent years to solve the problem of storage resistance in rice using rice resistant genes. On the basis of solving the related technologies of lipoxygenase and lipase detection and evaluation, it has been found that the lipoxygenase and lipase of rice have a great influence on the aging of paddy during storage. The three isozymes of lipoxygenase have different effects on the storage characteristics of rice. The loss of Lox - 3 could effectively retard the aging of rice and reduce the harm of storage pests. Lox - 1,2 may be the key gene to retard the aging of rice and extend the seed life. Using genetic breeding methods, has been bred fat oxidase, lipase-resistant storage-resistant rice varieties.
