从美国水稻品种中筛选出Bnllepatna、Newbonnet、Nortai、Saturn和Vegold等广亲和品种,其亲和性表现为广谱低强度性和特异亲和性。系谱分析表明,五个品种的遗传基础主要来源于中国籼型品种Pachain、菲律宾籼型品种MarongParoc、日本粳稻品种UNJP以及Colusa等,即具有中国和菲律宾籼稻、日本粳稻的亲缘。品种农艺性状不甚理想,单株有效穗少是其主要问题。有必要对美国品种的特性及广亲和机理进行深入的研究。
Wide varieties of Bnllepatna, Newbonnet, Nortai, Saturn and Vegold were screened from American rice varieties. Their affinity showed broad spectrum low intensity and specific affinity. Pedigree analysis showed that the genetic basis of the five cultivars originated from Pachain, MarongParoc from Philippines, UNJP from Japan, and Colusa from China, which are relatives of indica rice and Japonica japonica from China and the Philippines. Varieties of agronomic traits less than ideal, less effective panicles per plant is its main problem. It is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the characteristics of American breeds and their broad compatibility mechanisms.
