随着经济企稳回升,企业用工需求增大。2010年,莱州市可利用岗位资源约11000个,通过自主择业、市场配置、政府扶持等方式解决岗位空缺8000个,但仍有岗位缺口3000个。可利用富余城乡劳动力14515人,其中农村劳动力10256人(外来务工人员已基本实现就业)。由此可见,劳动力供大于求的矛盾依然存在,就业形势依然严峻。
