针对长输天然气管道进口爆管保护装置存在功耗高、费用高、误关断事件较多、备品备件订货周期过长等问题,通过国产化试点改造,从数据存储、掉电保护以及能耗控制等方面加以改进,研制了一套国产化爆管保护装置。该装置总体硬件框架构成包括模拟输入电路、数字输入电路、电源及充电控制电路、数字量输出电路、信号处理与存储电路及通信电路;在软件实现方面,采用IAR公司的IAR Embedded Workbench for MSP430软件,用C语言进行程序编制。国产化爆管保护装置具有充电、数据采集、计算、报警分级机制、事件日志记录、自动关阀、显示以及通讯等功能,实际工程测试结果表明:国产化爆管保护装置在技术和性能方面完全可以替代进口设备,且购买费用低,具有较好的推广价值。
