关于车制圆球的方法,各机械杂志屡有发表。我厂对于制造圆球,也创造了几种方法)兹述于下,以供大家研究: 球形的磨制我厂代某发电厂制造2000 KVA蒸汽涡轮的球面轴承,轴承的球面部份如[图一]所示,必须渗炭淬火后磨光。先车成毛胚,约每边留2至3公厘。经过热处理,即加热至淬火温度,再渐渐冷却,使淬火时不易变形。再车光至一定尺寸,厚薄约留0.5公厘。外径留1公厘,内径小1公厘,并只照样板车准。因淬火后尚须精磨,故车时不需要很准确。淬火后,先磨准孔和外径。磨光平面。再磨制球面。
