班主任不仅是授课的教师,还是学生思想、情感、生活各方面的导向者。是拥有多重身份的老师,是整个班级建设的领路者和管理者,也是学生与学生之间、学生与其他任课老师之间关系的调节者。小学生的年龄普遍偏低,认知能力也有很大的局限,因此在管理上具有更大的难度。要想做好班级管理工作,不仅需要从班主任自身素质出发,进行自我提升,还需要对自身的管理水平进行综合提高,确保小学管理工作的正常展开。也只有将班主任的内在和外在进行综合提升,才能给小学生创造更好的学习环境,给班主任提供更好的发展。
