实验性Wistar大鼠脑缺血模型乳头体病理及神经肽改变过去较少报道。我们的实验结果显示:1、乳头体的神经元缺血改变数和充血毛细血管数高于海马CA_1段;2、乳头体神经元缺血改变多发生在内侧核,外侧核较少发生;3、乳头体神经元缺血性改变超微结构特点为细胞核溶解和电子密度增高;4、血浆、乳头体和下丘脑中神经降压素、生长抑素含量下降。并对其发生机理与临床联系进行探讨。
Papillary pathology and neuropeptide changes in experimental Wistar rat cerebral ischemia model were seldom reported in the past. Our experimental results showed that: 1, the number of ischemic changes and the number of capillaries in the hippocampus were higher in the papillary body than those in the CA1 segment of the hippocampus; 2, ischemic changes of the papillary body neuron occur more in the medial nucleus and less in the lateral nucleus; 3 The changes of ultrastructure of ischemic changes in the papillary neurons were nuclear lysis and electron density.4. The content of neurotensin and somatostatin in plasma, papillary body and hypothalamus decreased. And to explore its mechanism and clinical connection.
