目的了解成都市金牛区食品、公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝病毒感染状况,从而为预防与控制相关传染病的发生、为相关单位卫生监督提供依据。方法收集2010-2011年来金牛区预防医学门诊部进行健康检查的食品及公共场所从业人员的体检资料进行统计分析。结果 2年从业人员肝炎病毒总体携带率为0.44%,甲肝病毒总体携带率为0.38%,戊肝病毒总体携带率为0.057%。结论重视并坚持对服务行业从业人员的定期健康体检,加强对从业人员的管理,开展疫苗接种工作和卫生知识健康教育以增强其自我保护意识。
Objective To understand the status of hepatitis A and hepatitis E virus infection in food and public places in Jinniu District of Chengdu City so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and provide the basis for the health supervision of related units. Methods We collected the physical examination data of employees in food and public places who conducted health checkup in preventive medicine clinic of Jinniu District from 2010 to 2011. Results The overall carrying rate of hepatitis virus was 0.44%, the overall carrying rate of hepatitis A virus was 0.38% and the overall carrying rate of hepatitis E virus was 0.057%. CONCLUSIONS We attach great importance to and insist on regular physical examination of practitioners in the service industry, strengthen the management of practitioners, conduct vaccination work and health knowledge health education to enhance their self-protection awareness.
